OMG!! Garnnett, the detailer, did such an awesome job detailing the interior of the company truck! The seats, mats and everything was disgusting and I don't know how he got everything looking so brand new! Looks and smells like a brand new truck too! I strongly recommend Auto Detailing Pro!
Edit to add: after leaving this review I was contacted by the owner (I believe) who was apologetic and offered to look into the issues. He offered another appointment which I accepted. They did a really great job. My car looks brand new. I have 2 kids who throw everything & squish snacks into the carpet. It is convenient they come to your home & their attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for fixing the scheduling issue and making things right. I contacted this company based off the reviews and booked an appointment. The day of the scheduled appointment they had to cancel due to issues with their own vehicle and rescheduled for another day. However on that day no one showed up and no one called or texted to advise if they were running late or not coming. I left a voicemail and text asking what happened to my appointment and then later that night followed up with an email. I received an email response back saying their system was down and had no way of contacting anyone, which I don’t believe bc they could have emailed to advise. They offered to reschedule with a discount but then have not been available or contacted me to reschedule.
Uses them for a first time ever and I am very happy with the results. The guys came on time and did absolutely everything what’s included in their showroom package. The booking was super fast and easy and the price is alright compared to others. Will be definitely using auto detailing pro again
