BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Be careful hiring Henry. It's one of the worst experience I had with designers or Architect. Be aware. He or his staff are NOT ARCHITECTS. After taken more than $8000 in fee's and resubmitting two times. We are still without a permit two years later. After leaving many messages and e-mails. No awnser or even a phone call to let me know that he has abandon the file. He will take your money and string you along and then ghost you, he won't answer emails or voice message. I should have known better because he was very arrogant and belligerent after Patrick left as he was the one doing the original plans.
We hired Rojas Empire of Design to get the Permit for our triplex in Collingwood, Henry provided us a very professional service, he followed up with the City and answered all the questions and requirements very fast. He have worked closely with us to make sure everything was communicated well!
