The gated facility has passcode access 24 hours a day, giving you the flexibility to access your unit at any time. Started my storage rental at this location in December 2021 and used this facility until today! Easy to access clean units and you have access 24x7. Excellent customer service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to borrow some tools to disassemble a small piece of furniture and they were able to help me with that. Emails always have a fast reply. Ilona and Laura go beyond the expectations to offer a great service. I highly recommend this location as they are close to QEW making access easier.
Very friendly and helpful staff; I'm glad I found and chose this place! A bit of background: I'm a student moving temporarily abroad and needed a place that'd be affordable and reliable. I knew through my university I'd get a 10% discount at this place. After making a call to inquire, they gave me an appointment for the same day to see how the lockers are in person and decide which size would best match my needs. They patiently showed me around and answered all my questions. When I made my decision to rent a storage locker, they kindly gave me 50% off on my first three month. I highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ilona and Magda(need to double check the name) I had everything set up so fast and were very accommodating. And also the prices were much better than I anticipated. The amount of flexibility they offered was amazing compared to what I have seen. Safe area too. Highly recommend.
