Chris was referred to me from my former athletic therapist when she retired and move out Toronto 5 years ago. Since then, regularly, every month or every 2nd month, I visit him for my body maintenance. I have been training in martial arts for over 25 years and here and there I have old injuries. And, of course, new injuries from time to time.
I am very very happy with Chris.
Some other person might feel differently and might have a different opinion, but this is how I feel about Chris.
On a personal level, he is friendly, courteous, professional, kind, easy to talk, very concerned, and has a sense of humour.
On a professional level, he seems to have quite a lot of knowledge, knows what he is doing, seems to be able to feel what is going on inside the client’s body, tries to explain, tries various methods to find what works for that specific client, gives the client specific exercises to deal with the current problem and also for future injury prevention.
I would like to and am planning to continue martial arts training as long as my body allows me to do. To be able to do that, Chris’s help is essential for me. I feel I am very lucky that I met Chris.
Thank you Chris!!!

I highly recommend Chris. He’s very intuitive in his treatment approach and backs it up with a depth of knowledge that he’ll willingly share. You can tell he truly wants to help improve your physical health. His treatments have made a huge difference for me after my neck surgery. I feel better after each treatment and I look forward to my monthly appointments.

I have been seeing Chris for over 4 years now and he is an amazing therapist. I now drive over an hour to continue treatment with him. He is always thoughtful, considerate, and professional. He has helped deal with ongoing concussion and whiplash symptoms, sciatic issues, digestive issues, migraines, etc. He is well versed in issues and treatment and is always willing to discuss and understand other points of view.
As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I have never felt Chris trying to fit me into a heteronormative box, as an earlier reviewer noted. He has also been professional, respectful and understanding. We have had open discussions on numerous things, he regularly asks how things are going with my partner, and checks in to make sure I'm doing okay in his practice. His questions and conversations are always coming from a genuine place and trying to get to know his patients better.
I would highly recommend Chris for anyone seeking treatment.

Went to Chris with lower back problems related to competitive golfing. I had been to Chiro and massage before Chris but neither had helped to alleviate the issue. Within one session Chris had removed the source of my discomfort. I had seen Chris once in the past for a soccer related back issue and he took care of that in one session as well. Would highly recommend him.

I’m reluctant to give bad reviews in case a bad experience was just a one-off or something else, but I decided to share my experience more as a PSA than anything else.
This osteopath is an anti-masker, there’s no other way to put it. I was wearing a mask for my session and the first thing he decided to do was to grill me as to why I felt the need to wear one, that it doesn’t prevent or help against the spread of Covid, making me super uncomfortable. How can someone that considers themselves a healthcare professional do this?
In addition to that, he kept making me uncomfortable asking me about my background and the nail polish on my toes. Really trying to put me in a box.
So to everyone that doesn’t fit the heteronormative box, I warn against this place. And obviously anyone that is immunocompromised or cares about Covid still being a thing.
